No.1 Selling Electonic Cigarette

The Electronic Cigarette joins the mile high club.

Is the Electronic Cigarette in need of regulation? The FDA in America seems to think so however, one of the largest Electronic Cigarette retailers in the USA has taken the question to the courts.
Yes it dispenses nicotine but there is NO tobacco, NO burning of carbons and second hand side effects.
Many people liken the Super Cigarette to nicotine replacement chewing gum which is regulated.
We feel regulation definitely has its place in the Electronic Cigarette marketplace. Studies have shown irregularities in the E Cigarette Cartridge’s nicotine content. The irregularities are not in the Electronic Cigarette Liquid which is used to refill the cartridges.
As with any new product used for human consumption such as drinks, medicine or cosmetics, tests need to be done and regulations set-up so the consumer can receive the best possible products and value for money.

To think that nobody had ever heard of the Electronic Cigarette two years ago. It is now one of the fastest growing products on the internet today.
European airliner, Ryanair, now permits the smoking of the e cigarette on all flights and has gone one step better and began selling them on their flights too.

Many No Smoking restaurants and bars across the world are permitting the use of the e cig.

The health benefits are clear that is why the Electronic Cigarette is definitely here to stay.

  • I agree there’s a place for regulation, as long as it’s FAIR…unlike what the FDA was initially doing, thanks to Judge Leon though he’s not letting them get away with being completely unreasonable.

Many places are starting to allow the e-cig but I didn’t know those airlines have started allowing, and even selling, them…that’s great and another huge step for e-cigs.
